Prime Group

Strategic Rebrand

A Long-term Collaboration

The collaboration with Prime Group began during the time Bosco’s Creative Studio founder was working at Prime Group as Creative & Brand Manager. The work started with a strategic approach to employer branding and recruitment communication. Over more than three years, we worked closely to understand the group’s culture, values and hiring needs across multiple countries and teams.

This foundation allowed the development of communication that felt authentic, consistent and aligned with Prime Group’s long-term growth.

Challenges & Objectives

/ Creative Concept & Campaign Development

One of the key outcomes of this partnership was the campaign “We Hire People Like You”, developed using the Process Communication Model (PCM).

Based on the six personality types defined by psychiatrist Taibi Kahler, the campaign translated behavioral insight into a clear, human and relatable recruitment message. The concept resulted in a six-video campaign, supported by photography and a cohesive visual language.

/ Production & Multi-Channel Execution

Bosco’s Creative Studio handled the full production and execution of content, including:

  • Recruitment and employer branding campaigns

  • Video production and photography

  • Videocasts and podcasts

  • Event recordings and university fairs

All assets were created as part of a scalable visual system, ensuring consistency across platforms and long-term usability.

/ Results & Long-Term Impact

Due to the success of the collaboration, Prime Group experienced a significant increase in hiring activity. The campaign proved so effective that it continues to be used as the group’s main recruitment campaign to this day.

What started as individual projects evolved into a long-term creative partnership, strengthening employer brand perception and providing Prime Group with reliable, high-impact recruitment communication assets.

Company
Values

This campaign combined video content and static design to communicate the company’s core values — innovation, passion, vision and growth — through clear, intentional visual storytelling. Rather than treating values as abstract concepts, the campaign translated them into concrete narratives, using motion and design to reflect how these principles are lived and expressed within the organization.

Video brought emotion, rhythm and depth to each value, while static design ensured consistency and adaptability across digital channels. Together, these elements formed a cohesive campaign system that reinforced brand identity, supported internal and external communication, and strengthened how the company presents its values in a visual, authentic way.

podcasts & Videocasts

As part of our long-term collaboration with Prime Group, we developed and produced several podcast and videocast formats designed to strengthen brand presence, share knowledge and connect with new audiences through authentic conversation-driven content. These formats were built to work primarily in video-first environments, allowing content to travel organically across social platforms.

Among the key projects was Bold Beginners, a videocast focused on real stories, ambition and growth, which achieved viral reach on TikTok with over 1 million views. Another flagship format, Coffee Break with Ana, featured high-profile guests from the entrepreneurship and leadership ecosystem, including Evodia Graça, a young leader recognized by Barack Obama, among other influential voices.

Together, these videocasts positioned Prime Group as a platform for meaningful dialogue, visibility and thought leadership, while demonstrating the power of long-form conversations adapted for modern, social-first distribution.

From Campaigns to Group-Wide Impact

This partnership resulted in a series of successful campaigns adopted across multiple companies within the Prime Group, proving the scalability and effectiveness of the creative approach.

What began as individual projects evolved into shared communication frameworks that supported recruitment, branding and visibility across different markets and teams, reinforcing Prime Group’s employer brand at a group level.
